Why to “think the feeling”?

Every one of us have an intra-personal relationship – a relationship with ourselves – that I believe should be developed during our lifetime.

This relationship is the one I value the most. Taking time to recall where I am in my life, what I am experiencing, which feelings I am going through is something I used to do on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the wish of escaping from things that happened to me was so appealing at one point that I denied communicating with myself. As I turned unhappy, I was still unable to find where I went wrong.

Some other times, my external world was so busy and loud that I forgot about the existence of my internal one.

It’s not always easy to keep a relationship, neither to understand its dynamics; but doing so in an intra personal relationship brings us to another level.

In this blog, I will try to provide enlightenment to feelings, thoughts, conceptions, personal values or anything else that has to do with our own world through daily situations or raw analysis.

  1. Love this idea! Our relationship with ourself is the most important I believe. If we are not aware of this or prepared to explore it, how are we able to truly able to relate to anyone or anything around us?
